Nineteen Tree Rings

I first posted this painting back in August. I wasn’t quite finished with it then, but I think I am now…

 

This time I started with the outer tree ring and worked my way toward the center. That’s when I figure out what was bothering me previously, the center of the tree ring did not need to be in the corner of the painting. It didn’t turn out exactly how I imagined it so I am sure that over time you will see several paintings of tree rings. I ‘ll get there eventually…
