Wind Power

This started off as a face, then I added the windblown hair, then I thought I should add a fan in his hand. Then I didn’t like the drawing, but I liked the eyes and the idea so I tried 3 more times.

Then he ended up being a girl holding a fan. (and still not quite right…)
